Building Automation System -- Install programmable thermostats. Monitor thermal comfort and hours of operation

Chillers -- Install high efficiency chillers

Demand-response & Sub-metering -- Use Building Automation System with sub-metering to manage electrical load and lower demand charges. School will need external engineering services

Fans & Pumps -- Install variable speed & high-efficiency fans and pumps

High Efficiency Boilers & Boiler Plants -- Install high efficiency boiler or replace boiler control panels

Operations & Maintenance -- Maintain chillers, filters, dampers, burners, air-fuel ratio, etc. Establish hours of operation for heating and air-conditioning equipment
