Green Cup Recycle Challenge

The Green Schools Alliance invites K-12 schools across the United States and around the world to register for the GREEN CUP RECYCLE CHALLENGE.
During the four-week Challenge, schools compete for Bin Points by "recycling right" - improving recycling compliance rates and decreasing contamination. Bonus Points can be earned for additional waste reduction efforts such as composting or paperless communications. Weekly bin checks provide instant feedback on how well schools are recycling.
No weighing is required.
The Challenge encourages good recycling habits, fosters environmental awareness, helps reduce landfill waste, and saves valuable resources. This is a wonderful opportunity to bring students and staff together to help implement your school's Sustainability Plan.
