Craig Hibberd
Energy Programs and Communications Director
Craig Hibberd has worked with GEO: Global Environmental Options since 1996. He is also President of Action Consulting, Inc., an energy efficiency consulting firm. He specializes in greening design workshops and strategic planning consultation for National Parks, business, non-profits and government. His 27 years experience in the energy field includes service as Energy Services Manager for the Western Area Power Administration, Senior Associates of NEOS Corporation, Conservation Manager for Murray City (UT) Power, Energy Management Specialist for the State of Utah, and Manager of the Energy Extension Service for the Utah State Energy Office. Craig has developed energy guidelines for schools and colleges in New Mexico and Utah, worked with several national parks to develop sustainability initiatives, was founding president of the Association of Professional Energy Managers in Utah, and was an advisor to the Consortium for Energy Efficiency and a member of the Navajo Photovoltaic Project Team.
